At ICEKARAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for both online and in-store purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.
  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any item that is defective, damaged, or missing parts due to our error may be eligible for return or replacement for up to 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded.

Sale items and orders placed using discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@shopicekarat.com for assistance.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Solid Gold & Custom Orders

All Solid Gold and Custom-Made items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes all deposits placed on custom orders.

Please note:

  • Solid gold pieces may be solid, semi-hollow, or hollow if the weight is not specifically stated.
  • Custom orders requiring a deposit must be paid in full upon completion and prior to shipment.
  • Production times for custom and made-to-order items typically range from 4–12 weeks.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email support@shopicekarat.com and wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.

For items valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
