LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty includes issues such as structural breakage, faulty clasps or closures, and unusual fading or discoloration that result from a manufacturing issue.

If your piece experiences a covered defect, our team will carefully assess the item and repair it whenever possible. If the item is deemed unrepairable, it will be replaced with the same item at no cost. In the event that the original item is out of stock or has been discontinued, a replacement of equal value may be offered at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic changes, damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, unauthorized repairs, loss, or theft. It also does not cover damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, moisture, sweat, or harsh conditions beyond everyday wear.

Proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim. All warranty determinations are made at our discretion, and any replacement provided does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
